The König Supertractor is an agricolture snow chain meant to provide traction and allow tractors to safely move during winter times or in any low traction situation.
Although the product can look similar to snow removal chains, the König Supertractor is lighter and less aggressive: cross-sections follow a simplified and lightened design and the simple link configuration makes the chain lighter and more gentle against the ground.
Being the product destined to agricoltural machinery, not beloning to M2, N2 or O2 classes, the König Supertractor is not part of the application field of the Ö-Norm V5119.
The product is built following the traditional Professional snow chains construction, meaning that the chain is 100% manufactured in Steel, lacking of any plastic component, cable arch or anything else. Just superior quality steel and the most advanced treatments, plain and simple.

The rings are welded in place and, after that, the complete snow chain is subject to a case-hardening process which ensures that not only cross-sections are treated but also all the side elements, both on the internal and on the external side.

On the Supertractor, the cross-sections hexagons and not directly connected one to the other but they are linked through chain segments running in radial direction.
Compared to a DR Light, this configuration uses a lower number of hexagonal cross-sections thus resulting lighter.
