We have already said\u00a0about the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.konigchain.com\/au\/how-are-konig-snow-chains-fitted\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">different mounting systems<\/a>\u00a0for K\u00f6nig snow chains. Here, the chains of the K-Summit family belong to the\u00a0<em>External\u00a0<\/em>category. They are mounted by attaching the chain adapter to one of the original rim nuts. All other operations necessary for fitting K\u00f6nig K-Summit chains are carried out exclusively on the outer side of the tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Another common factor is the fact that, the same chain can cover several tyre sizes. This is ideal for cars with a suspension design that leaves no space between the inner side of the tyre and the suspension unit inside the wheel arch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">The number of elements to be removed from each chain to get&nbsp;the correct sizing for each tyre size is indicated in the instruction manual contained in the product box.
