The new konigchain.com is now online!
Finally, after a long work, we can announce that the new konigchain.com website is now online!
On this new website you can find more contents, more curiosity, more pictures and more videos compared to the old konigchain.com.
For example, we have introduced some brand new sections, such as « Snow chain manufacturing ».
We are probably the only snow chain manufacturer that explains to users how its chains are made. And this story is accompanied by numerous images and excellent descriptions.
Another brand new sections include the R&D dedicated page, the snow chains technology section (available both for consumer and for professional range) and further information regarding the brand, the company and König responsability.
The Product Pages have also been completely renovated and present the König products in a completly new way.
More pictures, more attention to details, more descriptions, the integrated tutorial video, as per instruction, spare parts sheet, the warranty certificate and the related Product support page.
Additionally, you can find a specific « Reason to buy » section, the product rating in which are indicated in percentage the ease of use, the traction on snow and ice, the vehicle compatibility and so on and a comparator between the selected product and the other in the same category.
Also the configurators presents some changes.
Let’s start to talk about the Consumer Configurator.
First of all, the users must insert their car make, model and tyre size, as they’ve done in the past. And here come the news: now the users can filter the results in a new way. Infact, the new filtres includes: the fitting system method (external, intuitive, traditional), the tensioning system (1 stop or 2 stops) and the alloy wheel protection (wheel shield system). The filters talk to each other, so let’s take an example: I want to know which chains fits my Audi A3 (2020-) with tyre size 225/45-17. Now I want to restrict my research and as first filter I’m using the fitting system: intuitive. In this moment the other two kind of fitting systems disappear and whit them olso the tensioing system with 2 stops. This happened because the only chain compatible with my car and tyre size and with the selected fitting system is the König Reflex Edge 597, that require only 1 stop for mounting.
The Professional configurator still work by tyre size and, after indicated this data, the users can filtres the results by the type of vehicle compatible with his tyre size.
The Dealer Locator follows this logic: users can insert their address, as they done in the old Dealer Locator, and the first results that appear will be the König Partner Dealers, so dealers that received formation, marketing material and that is constantly in contact with König.
In the list of results they are indicated with the König Partner logo on the right of their name.
They will appear as first result even if there are other dealers (no König partner) closer to the user.
So, the all you have to do is.. visit it!
