The König XB-16 snow chain is a supplementary grip device certified according to Ö-Norm V5117, EN 16662-1 and Ö-Norm V5119 thus fulfilling any Winter Equipment legal requirement both for light (below 3.5t) and heavy (above 3.5t of GVW) vehicles.
Once the snow chain is fitted on the wheel, the manual tensioning requires the driver to stop after a few dozen meters to retension the snow chains manually. The fixation of the chain after mounting and tensioning is provided by the elastic end red hook.
